Here is a song, a picture and some words for my long lost penpal


We knew each other since ... when we were as little as the girls in the picture
Maybe we did something like that too or even worse ...
We promised to be good friends forever -- how sweet!

We spent time together in the elementary school .. did things all the little girls would do together 

Then we were splitted and went to different middle schools ... that's when we started writing to each other, for any kind of occasions, valentines, teachers' day, our first period, girls and their first period ..

All in all......................It actually took me only 10 minutes not even to walk from my school to hers and I always took that 10 minutes (the amount of the letters seems to be proportionate to the distance ..)
Almost everyone in her class knew me and it's one of the best feelings I've ever got --- waiting for her in the front of her classroom.

we walked, we gossiped, we walked, we gossiped, we walked, we ate, we drank, we talked about songs like 周华健 徐怀钰's, and we walked, we gossiped ... that's pretty much what we did ...

I forgot when we last wrote to each other ... if I would remember, I wouldn't have lost in touch with her

We both liked drawing and she finally went to 中国美院 while I chose something totally different
She did very well at first but later I heard that she was in love with an old man who had another old woman
later after I heard that man broke her heart ...
and then I heard she went to the wild west .. she grew her hair .. she's still in mad love with that man ...

then there were no news ...

I hope she's doing alright
I hope she's still drawing
I hope she's satisfied with her hair
I hope she's in love with someone that loves her back
I hope she hasn't changed her name ... coz that'd be my only clue

so not sure if you're reading my blog (quite sure you're not ..)
But I really miss you
Especially this day of the year ... 24 OCT ... happy birthday, dear fei.
